Been here twice in the last 2 weeks. I've had the Pork Lung, twice cooked pork, spicy chicken and the pigs feet! EVERYTHING was excellent, if you're wanting some authentic traditional Chinese cooking this is the place. They do have some "American Chinese" dishes, which I'm sure are just as good. Compliments to the chef!
First time here, and glad I did. I ordered spicy beef and intestines in chili oil. I can taste the spices. It was worth what I spent on the meal. The portion size is beyond expectations. I'll have some for dinner tonight. I ordered a small hot and sour soup. And had Thai tea. If you enjoy spicy with a bit of heat, this is a place for you. There are other options for those who don't want all that heat. There are a lot of items I do want to try. Be prepared to spend plenty.
I’m so glad this restaurant opens in Rio Rancho. The taste is very authentic and so delicious, especially if you like Szechuan spicy. One of my friends couldn’t handle too much spicy, they happily adjusted spicy level for us. I have already been there four times since they opened for two weeks. Yes, it is that good! Highly recommended! 😋😋😋
